Collectible in Bionis' Interior.
Can be found "pretty easily" on the narrow platform leading to the Heart Entrance between 16:00 and 17:00. Face the Heart door, set clock to 15:00, save. Reload, wait until 16:15 or so, turn around, hopefully grab Bean (about 33% of the time it seemed like).
