Vang Star Wing can be gotten from the level 75+ bats in the cave north of the big bridge on the Bionis Leg. Cave is East of Wind Cave, can be quickly reached by Skipping to Spiral Valley then jumping off the bridge. Level 60+ can easily survive the fall. You can also get it from Musical Vanflare (Lv.93) at Tephra Cave 2F.
